The foundation to a healthy body is optimal nutrition. Our bodies are made up of a series of systems, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, reproductive, nervous, endocrine, lymphatic, immune, all reliant on eachother to function efficiently and all reliant on receiving adequate fuel and energy in the form of nutrition. |

Should this be lacking, compromises are made within our systems in order to maintain a balance, taking from some areas to nourish others, resulting ultimately in weakened and inefficient systems – illness or dis-ease.
